Strawberry Matcha Mochi


✿ Ingredients A
  • Yolk:1 pcs
  • Sugar:10g
  • Corn Flour:5g
  • Cake Flour:5g
  Ingredient B
  • Milk:130g
  • Sugar:15g
  • FuFann Matcha Spread:15g
Ingredient C
  • Mochi Skin:6 pcs
  • Strawberry:6 pcs
✿ Method
  1. Mix ingredient A yolk with sugar, then add corn flour, cake flour and blend it until creamy.
  2. Mix ingredient B (Milk, sugar, FuFann Matcha Spread) and heat until all ingredient dissolved.
  3. Mix ingredient B with ingredient A, blend and heat until the matcha stuffing being sticky.
  4. Clean and dry strawberry for later use.
  5. Use ice digger to make strawberry coved by matcha stuffing, then refrigerate it around 4 hrs.
  6. Take mochi skin to cover matcha strawberry stuffing and make it into ball.
