● How to Use

Bake your bread for 2~3 mins at 180℃, spread your paste (20g) on it, and enjoy the delicacy!

Japanese Cold Noodles

  • Soba:For 2

✿ Ingredients of Sauce for Cold Noodles
  • Fufann Sesame Paste:25g
  • Fufann Peanut Butter:35g
  • Black Soybean Sauce (bonito and kelp soybean sauce):30g
  • Boiled Water:60g
  • Black Vinegar:A few
    (The amount of sesame paste and peanut butter can be adjusted according to personal preference.)
➳ Method
  1. Strip the romaine lettuce and wash with clean water for later use.
  2. Boil the water and blanch the noodles. Soak the noodles in iced water for later use.
  3. Slice the cucumber and carrot.
  4. Put proper amount of sesame paste and peanut butter into the mixer.
  5. Pour water, black soybean sauce and black vinegar into the mixer and stir well. The sauce for cold noodles is now ready.
  6. Place the noodles on a dish and decorate with the sliced carrot and cucumber.
  7. Sprinkle some sauce for cold noodles, and the dish is ready to serve.

Pork Chop Sushi with Peanut Butter

  • Laver:1 piece
  • Cooked Rice:Proper amount
  • Pork Chop:1 piece (sliced)
  • Spring Onion:A few small bunches
  • Egg:Proper amount
  • Fufann Peanut Butter:Proper amount 
➳ Method
  1. Prepare the cooked rice, fried pork chop and laver in advance.
  2. Fry the egg into thick egg roll wrapper and slice it. Cut spring onion into segments.
  3. Heat and melt the peanut butter for later use.
  4. Place the cooked rice on the laver evenly.
  5. Place pork chop, sliced egg roll wrapper and spring onion on the cooked rice.
  6. Sprinkle some peanut butter and roll the laver.
  7. Cut into proper size, and the sushi is ready to serve.

All-Day Sandwich

  • Toast:2 pieces
  • Bacon:2 slices
  • Egg:2
  • Milk:Proper amount
  • Lettuce:Proper amount
  • Shredded Cheese:Proper amount
  • Fufann Peanut Butter Spread:Proper amount 
➳ Method
  1. Shred the lettuce and rinse with clean water for later use.
  2. Fry the bacon over low heat for later use.
  3. Melt the peanut butter for later use.
  4. In a heated saucepan, add some oil. Mix 1 egg with some milk, and pour the mixture into the saucepan. After 10 seconds, put the shredded cheese in the middle of the egg mixture. Slowly wrap up the cheese with the surrounding egg roll wrapper to make an omelette.
  5. Mix another egg with some milk. Dip the toasts (both sides) in egg mixture and fry until golden.
  6. Place the ingredients on the toast in an order of omelette, bacon and lettuce slices. Sprinkle some peanut butter spread, and the all-day sandwich is ready to serve.

Crabmeat and Asparagus Spring Roll with Peanut Butter

  • Spring Roll Wrapper:2 pieces
  • Romaine Lettuce:1 head
  • baby Corn:3 pieces
  • Asparagus:4 sticks
  • Crab Stick:4
  • Fufann Peanut Butter:15g
  • Mayonnaise:1 small piece
  • Peanut Powder:Proper amount
  • Salt:A few
➳ Method
  1. Strip the romaine lettuce and wash with clean water for later use.
  2. Boil the water, add some salt and blanch the baby corns and asparagus. Cut the baby corns in half.
  3. Blend the peanut butter and mayonnaise in 1:1 ratio.
  4. Lay the spring roll wrapper on the table, and place romaine lettuce, asparagus, baby corn and crab stick on it.
  5. Spread the sauce prepared in Step 3, sprinkle some peanut powder and roll it up.

Stewed Beef with Baked Cheese and Peanut Butter Topping

  • Thick-sliced beef:80g
  • Beef Tomato:A half
  • Onion:1/4
  • Unsalted butter:15g
  • Fufann Peanut Butter:15g
  • Mozzarella:Proper amount
  • Salt:A few
➳ Method
  1. Dice the beef tomato, onion and thick-sliced beef.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan, add the onion and beef tomato and stir until soft (add some water to speed the process).
  3. Put in the thick-sliced beef, stir until medium and season with some salt.
  4. Put the cooked ingredients into an ovenproof container.
  5. Microwave the peanut butter until melt and spread it onto the cooked ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake until the top becomes golden.
